At Rivers Northwest, our goal is to provide luxurious living in a smaller footprint, thereby protecting quality of life for people, fish, & wildlife. The focus is on quality of finishes, rather than quantity of square feet.

With 32 years experience in construction, owner Randy Partipilo understands and appreciates all aspects of building. Growing up in the northwest and a resident of Bend since 1972, he also understands the desire to have a home that reflects the beauty of the area in which we live.

Our Homes

We are not a high production company, but a personal and "hands-on" one. Each home is crafted as if it were our own. From the lot selection, home design, interior and exterior detail, each step is carefully considered. With only three or four homes built each year, all aspects have our complete attention.

Homes For Sale

Most of our new homes are purchased long before they are completed, but ocassionally we have one being built that is available for purchase. We have architectural drawings and plans available for homes that have yet to find an owner on our Homes for Sale page.
